Popsicle v0.2 X11 Mouse theme

This is the new Popsicle X11 mouse theme. It is available in seven flavors Cherry, Creamsicle, Blueberry, Grape, Lime, and for those who don't like the tasty colors there is also Smoke and now! for the transparency freaks a Glass one. Each is now available in 3 sizes small, medium, and large ( each is 64 X 64 but, the size of the main pointer is changes)

But -- it is pretty annoying to use KDE and go to the KDE-look site, download the cursor theme and manually extract cursor set burried somewhere in the bz2 file.
Please -- do the normal package so everybody could include the full set right away. Or at least repack all sets at the same directory level so I just can unpack them to the .icons directory _once_.
