In Ubuntu the icons Downloads, Videos, pictures, and Music do not work in Nautilus.

Looks good. There's issues with the breadcrumbs for Downloads, Videos, Pictures, and Music in Nemo in Cinnamon.

By default, in KDE 4.13, only Desktop changes the icon, , others can change them manually.
