Description:

Fork of the original Adwaita theme. Light theme with dark menus and header-bars and green color accents. Includes a Gnome- and Cinnamon-shell-theme. Designed to combine with Jade Icon Theme. Primary developed for use on Linux Mint.

The theme was tested under:

Hi! Looks good, but the window buttons are too big: https://i.imgur.com/N9iW2R5.png, and the fonts on the xfce panel are black on a grey background: https://i.imgur.com/R4GzoNv.png.

Technically it's working, yes, but Mate-support is still under development. The windows, menus, etc are skinned properly but the Mate-specific elements (Panels) will look ugly...

The deb package is the theme and additionally the shown icon package. I've removed it because the icon pack is the default Linux Mint icon pack with just a few modifications, but it took 95% of the filesize. I'll try to reduce the size of the icons and release it separately.

Love the Cinnamon theme, colors are perfect for us Manjaro users. Have you thought about uploading to cinnamon-spices so we can update easily for future releases?

Hi, glad me that you like it :) To put it on cinnamon spices was my first thought, but something is broken in the registration. I cannot login or upload anything. No error message. I'll keep trying and put it to the spices asap.

Yeah it is strange, when I created an account I never got a confirmation email, just one day it worked. Finding the login is tricky too...it's all the way at the bottom (yup took me a while to figure that out)! Looking forward to the new site when they put it online.

This theme is great. One question: Why are the font families hard-set in gnome-shell.css? Especially with fonts that aren't typically installed in most distros these days? It should be using fonts that are set by the user in GNOME Tweaks. I had to go into every gnome-shell.css file and remove every instance of "font-family" in order to get the GNOME Shell theme to display in a way that wasn't hideous. After removing the font-family lines, the theme looks perfect. Other than having to go and edit the files, this theme is wonderful, especially on Hi-DPI displays. :)

Nice theme. There are two small issues I have with it (on gnome btw). 1. There should be an actual light version of it. Menus and gnome shell should be light, too. I personally don't like the mix between dark and light. 2. The icons that I have downloaded from Github don't apply, they only cause the default adwaita icons to be applied. Otherwise, it is still my daily driver. It has good contrast that makes font stand out.

I like the gray used in this theme. It is easy on the eyes without being a "dark" theme. (I have an application that reacts badly to dark themes.) The only thing I had to do was adjust a parameter in the metacity theme to get the titlebar buttons to look right when used "mac" style. The parameter:
