Leopard like icon theme.
collect from differnt icon themes.
16x16, 22x22, 24x24 sizes contain the different style icon. see the screenshot(menu=16x16, panel=22x22).
suitable for gnome and xfce4, neally replaced all the icons you can see(to gnome-icon-theme).

open a console and type
sudo apt-get install xz-utils
After process has finished you are able to handle the format as other formats.

arch and fedora now use lzma to compress packages.

Using a standard format will get you more downloads. I have never heard of .xz until now.
